What Happens When We Truly Say Yes to Jesus
Saying “yes” to Jesus is more than a whispered prayer or a raised hand during a church service. It is a defining moment that has the power to transform a person’s entire life—heart, mind, purpose, and future. It is the moment where we stop merely admiring Jesus and start following Him. It is when we move from being spectators of faith to fully surrendered disciples. Saying yes to Jesus means letting go of our own way, our own plans, and even our own comfort, and choosing His way—no matter the cost. When Jesus called His first disciples, He did not offer them comfort or convenience. He said, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19, ESV).
